Grrr Baby

I was asked if I had an interview today three different times.
I'm a little confused... I live in Northern California, not the Jersey Shore.
While I liked the outfit, I would never wear animal print while hoping to impress a future employer.

A few things about this outfit:
  • I love these pants, they are seriously awesome. What is not awesome is that I've gained weight since I bought them and they are now too small... boo! I wasn't completely sure of that until I got in the car on my way down the hill and that was a little too late (already uncomfortable).  They are also too short, like 2+ inches too short... double boo!
  • I liked the way the outfit looked with the scarf way better than without (another day where the layering changes the look).
  • While I loved the cheetah print sweater, everyone makes a comment about it.  I'm not sure I want to hear a comment everytime I see a different person throughout the day.  My boss asked me if I'd gone big game hunting and killed a cheetah- really?

This is not reflective of my day in general.
This is the look of a girl that is glad that Monday is O-V-E-R!

  4. I once wore a raspberry/black zebra print (under a suit jacket) to an interview and got the job offer. I was actually kind of suprised.

    Love the cardigan!

  7. LOL..I don't think I have ever gone to an interview without a suit on. In fact, I contemplated a very dark green pants suit for black or navy.

    Hmmm.
