Updated Look

You'll notice a few changes around The Clothed Commuter.  Hopefully they won't scare you away.

The header and the about me section are new and improved.  I figured since I'm no longer a commuting state worker, I should probably change things up a little. 

My header, which previously featured a commuter bus, now has a picture from one of my daily commutes.  I figured the commuter bus needed to go since it no longer plays a role in my daily travels. It also has a tagline now!

The about me section also needed an update.  The original read... "A little fun, a little fashion... while trying not to get stuck in the rut of dressing like a commuting state worker." You can look to the right to see the changes there.

I also purchased a few books and hope they will offer tidbits of information to feature in the blog.  After perusing them, I think Blogger for Dummies will help with some of the simple things that are confusing me about the blog.  The other two style guides are great for a beginner who doesn't know what to add to her closet.  They both look great so far!

The books are Blogger For Dummies by Susan Gunelius, Good Girls Don't Have to Dress Bad: A Style Guide for Every Woman by Shari Braendel, and The Lucky Shopping Manual: Building and Improving Your Wardrobe by Andrea Linett and Kim France.
