While I miss the rest of my closet, I've noticed that I'm not longer spending 10-15 minutes standing there in the morning thinking I have nothing to wear. I really wish that I'd picked a second pair of jeans and one or two more tops that could be worn more casually. While choosing the items my priority was to have things that I would feel comfortable wearing to work but I really failed to realize how casual my lifestyle is while I'm away from work. The boyfriend coaches little league so I'm seeing many of the same people after work and on weekends and I wonder if they've noticed that I'm wearing the same pair of jeans every time I see them.
If you are not participating in the challenge, take a good look in your closet to see what new combinations appear in front of your face. Hang things in a different order to see outfits you never considered.
If you are participating I hope your remixing is going well - we are half way there!
I don't think people would notice if you're wearing the same pair of jeans every time. They're jeans! Now if you were wearing the same pair of plaid pants everyday...that would be a different story :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you don't think anyone will notice if I'm sporting the same pair of jeans over and over. Hopefully they are non-descript enough. This might justify buying an uber-expensive pair in the future ;o)
